  • My specialty! Your injuries are my favorite to work on!

Injury Management Massage is a focused, therapeutic style of bodywork I use to help clients recover from pain, tension, or limited movement in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. These are some of the most common areas where we hold strain. Whether it’s from posture, repetitive use, or an old injury that never fully healed.

During a session, I look at how the muscles, joints, and nerves are interacting and create a treatment plan that meets your body where it’s at. This type of work can help with issues like sciatica, frozen shoulder, herniated discs, whiplash, hip or low back pain, and general muscle tightness or imbalance.

Each session is hands-on and tailored to your specific needs, combining therapeutic massage and movement techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help your body return to balance. My goal is to help you move more freely, recover faster, and feel stronger in your day-to-day life

  • Myofascial Release is a slow, intentional form of bodywork that focuses on the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. When fascia becomes tight or restricted (from injury, posture, stress, or overuse), it can cause pain, limit movement, and create tension patterns throughout the body.

In my sessions, I work to gently release these restrictions, helping restore movement and balance in areas like the shoulders, neck, jaw, back, pelvis, and hips. Myofascial work can be especially helpful for chronic pain, sciatica, low back or neck tension, shoulder stiffness, and even issues like plantar fasciitis or TMJ discomfort.

This isn’t a “deep tissue” approach where pressure is forced—it’s a slower, more mindful technique that allows your body to unwind naturally. Each session is customized to what your tissue needs that day, with the goal of improving alignment, increasing range of motion, and creating long-lasting change rather than temporary relief. Just be sure to arrive hydrated!

  • Trigger Point Therapy is a focused, deep-tissue approach that targets “knots” or tight, hyper-contracted spots within the muscles that can cause pain or limit movement. These points often refer pain to other areas of the body—like headaches that start from the neck, or numbness in the arms that stems from shoulder tension.

In sessions, I use slow, precise pressure to release these trigger points and help reset the muscle back to a healthy, relaxed state. This work is especially effective for sciatica, low back pain, TMJ, tension headaches, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and Carpal Tunnel–type symptoms.

Trigger Point Therapy helps break the cycle of pain caused by stress, injury, or overuse. Each session is balanced with gentle stretching and drainage techniques to restore circulation and ease, so your body can fully recover and stay pain-free longer.

  • Cupping Therapy is a suction-based technique I use to help loosen muscle tension, boost circulation, and support your body’s own healing response. It’s especially helpful in areas like the back, neck, shoulders, and anywhere you feel deep tension or stagnation.

I place specially designed cups on your skin to create gentle suction. That lifts the tissue slightly, encouraging blood flow, reducing tightness, and helping your fascia and muscle layers soften. What looks like a “bruise mark” afterward is really just the result of increased microcirculation and will fade in a few days.

Many people find cupping useful for relief from back pain, neck tension, headaches, shoulder stiffness, and other persistent discomforts.

During a cupping session with me:

    • I’ll assess which areas are most restricted and apply cups thoughtfully

    • I might keep the cups stationary or move them slightly, depending on your tissue and what feels best

    • After removal, we’ll combine gentle movements or light techniques to ease the area

Cupping isn’t painful. You may feel a strong pull or tightness while a cup is on, and some tenderness afterward—but nothing that should overwhelm you. Because cupping affects the surface and underlying tissues, it’s not appropriate for every situation. If you’re pregnant, have certain skin conditions, clotting issues, or other contraindications, we’ll talk through whether it’s a safe choice for you.

My aim is always to meet your body where it is— Using cupping as part of a session to deepen release, support recovery, or break up chronic patterns—so you walk away feeling freer, lighter, and more connected to your body.
