Preparing for Your Session
Your Mosaic session is designed to help your body return to its natural rhythm — a space to rebuild, revive, and restore. To ensure you receive the most from your session, here’s how to prepare:
Hydrate Well
Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Deep tissue and myofascial work can be dehydrating, and staying hydrated helps your muscles recover, reduces soreness, and supports your body’s natural healing process.
Eat Lightly
Avoid heavy meals at least 1–2 hours prior to your treatment. A light snack is fine if needed.
Limit Alcohol and Caffeine
Avoid alcohol the day before and day of your session and limit caffeine the day of for best results.
Arrive Clean & Jewelry Free
Please shower before your appointment and remove all jewelry to allow for full-body access and optimal energy flow. Kindly refrain from wearing any fragranced perfumes, oils, or lotions, as they can interfere with the flow of movements and may trigger allergic reactions on my end.
Wear Loose & Comfortable Clothing
You may feel tender post-session, so soft, breathable clothes are recommended.
Arrive 5-10 mins early (in-office)
This gives you time to settle in, complete any last details, and begin your session feeling relaxed and grounded.
Complete Intake Forms
All new clients must fill out their digital intake and consent forms at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.
Arriving prepared allows you to sink deeper into your session, knowing your body and mind are ready to receive the full benefits of Mosaic Massage.
